How do I get on the email list so the Board of Directors and/or the property management service can send email information updates?

Please send an email to info@ycc18.com and let us know you would like to be added to the list.

What date should you shut off the water supply to the outside water faucets?

November 1st every year! (Turn off the valve on the inside of your unit that provides water to the outside faucet). You can turn the faucets on again May 1st every year.

When is Garbage / Recycling Day?

Every Tuesday morning the waste and recycling materials are collected, however, trash is collected every OTHER Tuesday. Items can be put out for collection after 12:00 noon on Monday.

Where do I place my garbage / recycling / organic waste?

Garbage and green bins (organic waste) is placed at the front area (recessed area) of the entrance of The Carriage Way (south side). Recycling (blue box) material is placed at the center recessed area of The Carriage Way (south side).

Can a satellite dish be installed on a common element?

No. The roof, flashing, exterior walls of the units are common elements. Satellite dishes must not be fixed to these common elements.

How can a satellite dish be installed?

If applicable, you can position your satellite dish in your exclusive back yard area of your unit by fixing it to a special tripod or post.
